Meet Sami

Hello! 

Sami has held her Real Estate license since 2020 and works with both buyers and sellers in North and South Carolina. Sami gained tremendous experience during her first few years in the industry while working as a Licensed Assistant to a Top Producing Agent. During this time, Sami was on a fast track to learn negotiation tactics, forms and processes. Sami is an expert in vacant lots and new home construction, and she works with several local independent builders as their exclusive listing agent. She is also a whiz at marketing and social media content and also owns her own marketing firm, Clubb Marketing, which helps other local real estate agents with their marketing needs. In her free time, Sami enjoys spending time with her husband and son, going on day trips to local farms and orchards and visiting the beach.
